Flexible Instruction Day

Students, 

Please be aware of the FID (Flexible Instruction Day) schedule. When severe weather strikes, there may be a need for a FID Day instead of a traditional snow day. If this is the case, here is some important information that you as students will need to know....

  1. The Flexible Instruction Day runs on a 1 Hour Delay Schedule. Click the link for the schedule FID Schedule.
  2. In order for students to be marked as present, you must attend all classes.
  3. Teachers will post a link on Schoology for you to join Teams (Remember to use your South Side email to join (@sssd.k12.pa.us).
  4. The expectation is to join your classes and to complete the required instruction/work for the day.
  5. Communicate with your teachers regarding any issues or problems your may experience.
